About Meetday
Meetday is a host-first IRL social network and two-sided marketplace operated by Meetday Global, a company registered in India ("Meetday," "we," "our," or "us").
The Platform connects:
- Hosts — experience creators who design and run curated real-world experiences
- Attendees — people who discover, book, and attend those experiences
- Vendors — service providers who supply operational infrastructure (venues, photographers, F&B, facilitators, equipment)
Meetday provides the technology, tools, and marketplace infrastructure. Hosts are independent creators — not employees, agents, or contractors of Meetday.
Eligibility
To use Meetday you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law
- Not be prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law or regulation
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Account Registration and Security
3.1 Creating an Account
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Keep your account information updated
- Maintain the confidentiality of your password and login credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at info@themeetday.com
3.2 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Meetday is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
3.3 One Account Per Person
Each person may hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans, restrictions, or platform limits may result in permanent suspension.
3.4 Verification
Meetday may require identity verification at any point. Verification may require submission of a government-issued identity document such as Aadhaar card, PAN card, or passport.
Platform Roles
4.1 Attendees
As an Attendee you may:
- Browse and discover curated experiences
- Purchase tickets and attend experiences
- Join communities and membership groups
- Leave reviews and ratings after attending
4.2 Hosts
To become a Host you must apply and be approved by Meetday. Approval requires identity verification and is subject to Meetday's Host quality standards.
As a Host you may:
- Create, publish, and manage curated experience listings
- Set ticket prices and manage capacity
- Accept bookings and receive payouts
- Build repeat-attendee bases and launch community groups
- Access the Vendor Marketplace to book service providers
As a Host you must:
- Deliver experiences as described in your listing
- Maintain a minimum average rating of 4.0 as measured by Meetday's review system
- Respond to attendee communications within a reasonable timeframe
- Comply with all applicable laws, including GST obligations and local event regulations
- Obtain all necessary permits, licences, and permissions for your experiences
- Not cancel experiences repeatedly without valid cause
4.3 Vendors
Vendors provide operational services to Hosts through the Vendor Marketplace. Vendors are independent service providers. Meetday is not party to the service agreement between a Host and a Vendor.
As a Vendor you must:
- Provide accurate service listings, pricing, and availability
- Deliver services to the standard described in your listing
- Maintain professional conduct with Hosts and platform staff
- Submit to Meetday's verification process
Experiences and Bookings
5.1 Host Listings
Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their experience listings, including description, location, capacity, pricing, and any requirements for Attendees.
5.2 Booking and Payment
When an Attendee purchases a ticket, a binding agreement is formed between the Attendee and the Host. Meetday acts as the payment intermediary only and is not a party to that agreement. Payment is processed through Razorpay. All prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
5.3 Cancellation by Attendee

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5.4 Cancellation by Host
If a Host cancels an experience, all Attendees receive a full refund including payment processing fees. Hosts who repeatedly cancel may have their account suspended.
5.5 Experience Changes
Significant changes (date, location, format) entitle Attendees to a full refund. Minor changes (timing adjustments under 1 hour, equivalent venue substitutions) do not trigger refund rights.
5.6 No-Shows
Attendees who do not attend a booked experience without cancelling within the cancellation window are not entitled to a refund. Repeat no-show behaviour may result in account restrictions.
Platform Fees and Payments
6.1 Attendee Fees
The ticket price displayed on each listing is the amount you pay. There are no additional booking fees charged to Attendees unless explicitly stated on the listing.
6.2 Host Fees

Meetday reserves the right to modify fee structures with 30 days written notice to Hosts.
6.3 Host Payouts
Payouts are processed via Razorpay within T+2 business days after each experience. Hosts must complete KYC and bank account verification before receiving payouts.
6.4 Vendor Marketplace
Meetday does not charge Hosts for accessing the Vendor Marketplace. The commercial arrangement for any services booked through the Marketplace is between the Host and the Vendor directly.
6.5 Taxes
Hosts are responsible for their own tax obligations, including GST where applicable. Meetday generates GST-compliant invoices for platform fees charged to Hosts.
6.6 Disputes
Payment disputes must be raised within 14 days of the transaction. Meetday will investigate and mediate. Meetday's decision on payment disputes is final and binding within the Platform.
Community Features
7.1 Community Creation
Hosts may create community groups for their repeat attendees. Communities may be free, paid, or invite-only.
7.2 Community Memberships
When an Attendee joins a paid community, a recurring subscription is created between the Attendee and the Host. Meetday processes subscription payments and deducts its Community tier fee (15%) before paying out to the Host.
7.3 Community Cancellation
Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds are provided.
7.4 Host Dissolution of Community
If a Host dissolves a paid community, all members must be given at least 30 days notice and receive a prorated refund for any prepaid subscription period.
User Conduct
You agree not to use Meetday to:
Regarding content:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings or reviews
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Upload content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights
- Post content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, or harassing
Regarding the platform:
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access control features
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform without written permission
- Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the Platform
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our applications
Regarding transactions:
- Arrange off-platform payments to avoid Meetday fees (fee circumvention)
- Create fake attendee accounts to inflate attendance or reviews
- Offer or accept bribes for positive reviews
Regarding safety:
- Use the Platform to facilitate any illegal activity
- Share other users' personal contact details obtained through the Platform
- Engage in harassment, stalking, or threatening behaviour toward other users
Content and Intellectual Property
9.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to Meetday. By submitting content, you grant Meetday a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Platform.
9.2 Meetday's Intellectual Property
The Meetday brand, logo, platform design, software, AI tools, and all proprietary content are owned by Meetday Technologies Private Limited and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any Meetday intellectual property without our written permission.
9.3 Feedback
If you submit suggestions or feedback about the Platform, you grant Meetday the right to use that feedback without any obligation to compensate you.
Reviews and Ratings
Reviews may only be submitted by Attendees who have verified attendance at the experience (post-attendance only). Reviews must be honest and accurate.
Meetday reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, incentivised, abusive, off-topic, or that otherwise violate these Terms.
Hosts may not offer incentives (discounts, gifts, free tickets) in exchange for reviews.
Trust, Safety, and Moderation
11.1 Identity Verification
All Hosts and Vendors must complete identity verification before listing or offering services. Meetday uses phone verification, government ID upload (which may include Aadhaar card, PAN card, or passport), social profile verification, and manual approval.
11.2 Reporting
Users may report experiences, Hosts, Attendees, or Vendors that they believe violate these Terms. Meetday reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or ban users based on moderation reviews.
11.3 Suspension and Termination
Meetday may suspend or terminate any account at any time for breach of these Terms or conduct that harms other users or the platform. Hosts whose accounts are terminated for fraud or serious misconduct forfeit any pending payouts.
11.4 Appeals
If your account is suspended, you may appeal within 14 days by writing to info@themeetday.com. We will review and respond within 10 business days.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
12.1 Platform is a Marketplace
Meetday is a marketplace technology platform. We do not create, organise, or run experiences ourselves. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any experience, Vendor service, or user-generated content on the Platform.
12.2 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that experiences will meet your expectations, that Hosts or Vendors will fulfil their obligations, or that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
12.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Meetday's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Meetday in the 3 months preceding the claim. Meetday is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
12.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Meetday harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or costs arising from your use of the Platform, your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Disputes shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Delhi.
Changes to These Terms
When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and post a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Meetday.
- Severability — If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
- No Waiver — Meetday's failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment — You may not assign your rights without Meetday's written consent.
- Force Majeure — Meetday is not liable for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
